Goosebumps

Kids have been reading Goosebump books by R.L and watching the stories play out on VHS  for years   Now, Goosebumps is making their DVD premiere and just in time for Halloween.

The first DVD I sat down to watch was The Blob That Ate Everyone which includes 3 movies all together

The second DVD was called Go Eat Worms!


What I Can Tell You: The stories are good enough. Adults will not be blown away by the storylines, acting or budget for special effects but they are fun regardless.

I can see why the Goosebump stories are popular. They are safe enough for kids from 7-14. My daughter (5) came in and was "weirded out". Her words not mine. My son (7) on the other hand was playing his beloved Xbox and came in two times in 10 minutes than stayed and watched these 3 and the next 3 movies on the second DVD (review to come tomorrow). After I was done with my notes and headed out to cook dinner he took the DVDs to his room to watch them again. So, if that don't say something I don't know what does. Goosebump movies over Xbox! Shocked me.
