Friday Flashback - My Bridal Shower 1997

My bridal shower was so great. I was totally tricked and had no idea when I arrived the party was for me. It took me completely off guard. My husband and his cousin really played me and I have no idea how my friends and family kept it secret for so long. I do know that my bff didn't call me the day before and it was because she was afraid she was going to slip.

Here we are toward the end of the party flanked by my besties. We had been roommates for 3 years and they were and are still my girls.

It has been a while since I have scrapbooked. These are over 10 years old but I wanted to grab some old photos for this meme.

There are the Teach and I walking in and us sitting at the table for a toast. He then left for a bar. A friend who saw these pictures after the fact stated, "awww you had a stripper at your party!" The guy she was talking about was Teach. She had never met him and thought he looked like a stripper. Must be the long hair and facial fluff.
