In Houston there is an annual art car parade -- not my "thing" - there are some cars that are a bit over the top for me -- one had dental stuff all over it - even old partials, toothbrushes - yuck! The car you photographed is very colorful!
Yes! Gluing things to cars is a strange hobby - but one I get a kick out of anyway.
