My Life In Photos March 24 - April 2, 2018

March 24 - It is Luna again. If you follow my blog you will see a ton of her. She is a gorgeous cat and my camera loves her.

March 25, 2018 - My daughter handed me some Barbies and told me I could bring them to my preschoolers. I decided to make change them and see if that changed her mind about giving them away. She was never into dolls. She was into this and picked up a marker and started altering the face of another. I love the way this doll looks. I thickened her eyebrows and added some freckles.

March 26, 2018 - My son sent me this photo he took while on a class trip to the Roosevelt Mansion in Hyde Park. I wish I were there.

March 27, 2018 - DooDoo Juice sent me this toilet water spray for when you are about to do a #2. It works amazingly well. Check out my review here.

March 28, 2018 -  I hate this pic. I was trying to see the back of my head because I was loving my new hair cut. I ended up being called away and never took a follow up. My hair stylist is amazing. It was raining and my frizzy hair stayed pin straight.

March 29, 2018 - At 12 my daughter is one of those mini feminists and has been since she was about 3. She always asked why do we have to take their last name when we get married? Or the other big revelation she shared one day at 4 was the fact that we have to go through childbirth because men could never handle the pain. LOL. Yesterday she put a cat tree together and was having trouble aligning toward the end. She DID NOT want her dad to help but eventually did ask for assistance. I love that she tries so hard. “I don’t need a man to help me”. She definitely makes mommy proud and I hope she never NEEDS a man but instead chooses a relationship where she is an equal.

March 30, 2018 - Checking my kids eyes is important to me and I take them religiously every year. Unfortunately, they both got their bad vision from my side of the family. My son had his eyes dilated this year for the first time and did fantastic. The doctor said he was a wonderful patient.  I was proud of him.

March 31, 2018 - Ran out to pick up burgers for my husband but saw that one of the local shops was doing Henna so I ran in with my daughter thinking she would love it. She was too shy to do it and didn't want to. I couldn't wait to do it. Had it once before and loved it. The artist did this in 2 minutes. I love how it looks.

April 1, 2018 - These two and their Easter baskets are so cute. They are wearing the same face. Twins with different hair.

April 2, 2018 - Snow day breakfast. Poached eggs on English Muffin and a small coffee. My kids were still asleep since they had a 3 hour delay I closed their doors to allow them to sleep as long as possible. They are coming off a Spring Break and originally should have been off today. An hour and a half in school closed for the day and the kids were already up. We love spending the day together and always find something to do.
