Evel Knievel The Best, Classic Action Toy Is Back And Soooo Cool

Get a jump start on your holiday shopping with a retro throwback that’s just as fun today as it was 45 years ago.

That’s right. The father of extreme sports, the daredevil show man himself—the man, the myth, the legend, Evel Knievel has launched onto the toy scene again with the re-release of the iconic 1970’s Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle.

Imbued with all the charm and high-powered performance of the original, this reissue is ready to introduce the fun of revving, jumping, and crash landing to a whole new generation.

The 411:

As a kid I wanted on of these so bad, it was so cool and it seemed like all my friends brothers had one but I didn’t have a brother and only got to play with it twice. That has changed. It came in the mail, the next day we opened it up and have played with it every day for 5 straight days. Even on Thanksgiving I was in my street, kneeling down while my daughter yelled “car” and energizing Evel Knievel so his motorcycle could go as far as it could go.

My daughter and I have taken turns and played for hours. When it rained today we sat on the bed, watching the cat chase Evel off the bed.  I love anything that gets the kids unplugged but even I have been unplugged for days and that is a good thing.

One of the best things about this toy is that it takes no batteries to make it work, simply pull the bike back into the red holder, crank it to energize the wheel and let it go. You can even set up ramps for true action jumps.

Evel Knievel is posable and can sit on the bike, so a hand stand or stand up. The only problem we had was his helmet flying off mid jump. It is truly one of the coolest toys and I highly recommend putting on your child’s list or even your own. My neighbor was walking his dog while we were playing it and he stopped asking “is that Evel Knievel?” We told him it was back on store shelves and he was like “that is so cool. I had one.”

The World’s First Natural Immune-Boosting Antibiotic Alternative

I am sooo buying stock in BPrime Health and ordering a case of these products immediately.

The world’s first natural immune-boosting antibiotic alternative which helps fight seasonal sickness symptoms at the source. Not intended to temporarily mask, cover-up or suppress symptoms, this high potency, nutrient-packed liquid formula is designed to quickly deliver full strength Prime Results!

Take at the first sign of symptoms. Taste the raw ingredients. Feel it working quickly.
Experience the difference!

The Flu-B-Gone definitely was harder of the two to take at first but it didn’t take long for me to get use to especially after realizing quickly that this stuff works! No joke. Not kidding. I was feeling quite run down last Friday and just happened to have received a box of this elixir the day before so figured I would try it. Friday night before bed i suddenly realized how great I felt. I was certain I would be in bed for the weekend and was doing my third load of laundry and planning the weekend.

According to the website and paperwork that came with the product, a liquid form absorbs into the body quicker than a capsule so you will feel the results quicker.

I recommend it 100% to fight seasonal sickness symptoms at the source. Not intended to temporarily mask, cover-up or suppress symptoms, this high potency, nutrient-packed liquid formula is designed to rapidly deliver full strength Prime Results!

Take at the first sign of symptoms. Taste the raw ingredients. Feel it working quickly. Experience the difference!

I totally agree with everything the site says. You can taste every ingredient. I have gotten use to the taste with its Apple Cider Vinegar base and since I work in preschool will be taking this often as well as the Immune Booster Express which was easier to get use to. It tastes really good! You can take them both 3-4 times a day and I will be!

Sending a case to my dad and my Uncle for Christmas. It is perfect because I never know what to get those guys and this will help them get through the cold and flu season.

Fuzzy Wubbles Are Adorable But What The Heck?

We reviewed Fuzzy Wubbles and while I think they are adorable and I love the fuzzy squishy feeling I was concerned about the lubing of the toy. Has there ever been a toy that required lubing that was an adult toy? Hmmmmm moving on.

We received a T Rex and a cute Narwhal. Both come with a stuffy, a small, straw like apparatus and a packet of petroleum jelly. Hmmm. We think they were easy to blow up, the air stayed inside them unlike other reviews we had read and they are so fun to squeeze. It feels like a big stress ball to us. I

My 15 year old was the one who pointed out how weird it was that the insertion hole was in the “private” area of the animals. I hadn’t even thought about it but the moment she said it, I was suddenly uncomfortable.

With all that said, once they were blown up, I thought they were really cute, we used them as pillows while we reviewed the Tom and Jerry Nutcracker movie and thought they were so comfy.

Three things that can damage any home makeover

No matter what room youre doing, redecorating can be a major task. Not only does it take a lot of time to complete, but it has a massive effect on the rest of your home for the duration of the makeover. Not only will one room be out of action, but its highly likely that other rooms around your home will be less relaxing if you need to move the furniture out of the room youre decorating. Youll probably find a lot of the dust and rubbish caused by the work in one room spreads across the whole home. As decorating is often such an ordeal, its important we get it right first time and make sure whatever we do lasts a long time. With that in mind, here are three things to consider that could jeopardise any home makeover.

Water

Water plays an important part in any home makeover. Youll need a nice hot and soapy bucket full to clean any surface before you paint it to remove any dust and dirt. Youll also need it to mix with other materials to make plaster, adhesives and even grout. The only problem is that same water can also cause problems when it comes to decorating your room. Paint needs to be able to dry, and additional water can prevent that paint from drying correctly. If youre using a paint spray gun, moisture often gets into the equipment and affects the quality of the paint job. If youre using specialist equipment like sandblasters to remove paint and rust from something, this same moisture can seriously hamper their ability to create a smooth surface ready for you to paint. To reduce the risk of this water affecting the look of any paint job, the most professional painters install air dryers to remove moisture from their equipment. For example. Super-Dry Systems desiccant air dryers absorb moisture and bring the dew point down to -40°F to prevent any further moisture being produced. They are simple to operate, need very little maintenance and could save you from spending hours repeating a job if you dont get it right first time.

Existing products

Another thing that can really affect the look of a new coat of paint is the previous coat of paint. Its important that you sand any furniture to remove all of the previous paint coat before applying the fresh one. Failing to do so could mean the new paint chips off as soon as its dry. If youre painting a light colour on top of a dark coloured wall, you might want to consider giving it an undercoat of white paint before attempting to change the colour of the wall. Without the undercoat, it could take several coats of the much more expensive coloured paint to cover up the old colour.

Carelessness

One of the common problems when it comes to decorating is user error. Make sure you take your time with every single task. Measure things multiple times to make sure youre cutting them to the right length. Cover anything that could be damaged whilst youre painting or sanding. Read the instruction manuals for anything you need to build carefully before construction. If you follow all of these steps, you wont find yourself getting angry when you make a silly mistake and have to waste time on putting it right.

Mind The Gap - A Great Game For the Whole Family - From Grandma To The Grandchildren

I have tried to play Trivia games with my kids. I have an unfair advantage due to my years and life knowledge, this game is a game changer and I cannot wait to play it with my in-laws and nieces during our next get together.

The questions are mostly pop culture across the decades. The game is split into generations Gen X Gen Y, Boomers and Millennials (not in that order). Start on the board in your decade and make you war back around to it by answering correctly other generation questions.

Break up into teams with hopefully someone for each decade on our team, or play teams whichever way that works for you. There is no right or wrong way.

If you land on a challenge space, pick up a challenge card and act out a scene, dance or song, so fun!

Definitely a keeper and one I will play often.

We Could All Use. A Laugh! Check Out Jen Fuilwiler on Amazon

The 411:

Laughing is one of my favorite things to do In the whole world. Jen definitely is funny. I loved that her jokes are peppered in Catholicism. Has this ever been done before? What I loved most was that I could watch this in the living room, while my kids were awake without wearing headphones. This never happens. She is funny without being disgusting. Don’t get me wrong, I love humor in all forms but Jen was funny without being Naughty which is interesting since the comedy special is called The Naughty Corner.

Btw if you ever wondered what the stars of the new Fast and Furious Movie should be driving, it’s a mini van driven by The Rock. Makes sense, Just ask Jen.

I loved Jennifer Fulwiler’s The Naughty Corner and if you love comedy and want to see how a homeschooling mom of six can be funny, check out her special on Amazon Prime.

Wubble Rumblers Are An Instant HIT! Literallly!

We reviewed A Wubble Rumbler Wrestler, Ninja and Fist and had a blast! We definitely think they will be favorites this holiday season and beyond. It was a work out and my kids and I had a blast!

I gave the Ninja Wubble to my boss’s daughter to review. They blew it up and went to take photos for me after playing for 25 minutes but the body was deflated but the end still intact. When they tried to blow it up again the pump didn’t work, I didn’t have any of these problems with the two I reviewed but wanted to mention.

We love that they come with their own pumps and that there are so many ways to play with them. Whether you want to decorate your room (they are conversation starters for sure), mash them, bash them or just lie on them, they have become quite popular in my home.

The Wubble Rumblers remind me of my Bozo Punching bag I had when I was a kid.

Filling them with air was easy after we read the directions. I think we were just excited to get it done because it wasn't hard at all. There is a small air hole which allows air from the pump to get into it. I think taking air out is harder because it isn't like you can open a valve. What I like most about this is that I use to worry when I gave my kids blow up toys when they were younger because I worried about the plug piece coming off and them chocking. They is no pluggy thing. You just need to put them pump into the right area.

The fist was really fun. We are definitely getting one for each of us or perhaps two. It would be fun to do "family fight club".

Making A Back to The Roots Terrarium Garden With My Toddler Class

My class has loved checking on our garden every day and I am thrilled to find something they are all interested in and excited about.

This is the perfect gift for kids who are excited to get their hands dirty and get their creativity flowing off-screen which I am a firm believer in making a conscious effort as a parent and teacher to do things off line with your kids.

The kits from Back to the Roots comes with everything you need to decorate and grow your own garden.

Since my class is only 2-2.5 years old I did a demonstration for them. I talked about gardening. Told them what we were going to do and set them around the table to watch me put our garden together. The kit comes with stickers and each child was able to select and put a sticker on our garden. Watch our video to see how excited they were to make a terrarium.

Honestly we started it last Thursday and by Tuesday we had 5 inch micro greens. Yesterday I allowed those who wanted to try some, a taste, 6 out of 9 wanted to try it and four asked for more. I say that’s a win!

I need to grab some more packets so we can grow some more. The kids love when I bring our garden to circle time every day.

Beauty Products And More For Disney & Ariel Fans

As I get older my skin is drier I long to feel that dewy, youthful skin my daughter has. After a week of using the H20 The Little Mermaid Collection I can tell you my skin feels “under the sea” hydrated.

I received The Little Mermaid 3 Step Hydration Collection and Beauty bag last Monday. Goddess and I both started using it. At 15 she is more nervous to try new products on her teen skin but was onboard with doing this review with me.

We truly love all 3 products. Not only were we excited to see our favorite Disney Princess but love how our skin feels.

Elements Keep It Fresh Face Cleanser by H2O+

This was my daughters favorite of the trio. She loved the smell and how easy it rinsed off her skin. Truly a great product.

Oasis Hydrating Beauty Essence by H2O

This was my favorite of the trio. I love the color and the bottle but more than that, it makes my skin feel incredible. My skin feels amazing.

Oasis Hydrating Treatment Water-Gel Moisturizer by H2O+

Anytime you clean your face you must remember to moisturize. Cleaners can strip your skin from its nature oils. If you dry out your skin, your skin produces more oil which can give you acne,

I love using this blue moisturizer. It rubs into the skin so easily and smells amazing.
